We dream big, we set these goals, and spend the majority of our day to achieve them. But after 18 hours blazing through work, it can be hard to feel “rewarded” when there are no results yet. It’s tough waiting for things to happen when these things take time.
But don’t get frustrated or worse…dwell on that feeling. You’ll get stuck. I don’t know how you would call it but your energy, chi, vibe, or flow will get inevitably stuck. You’ll continue to feel worse. And that’s not a place you want to be in!
So how do you turn things around?
Oprah says, “Go back to your breath.” Be grateful for what you have, rather than what you don’t. According to Oprah, when you live with the energy of gratitude, it “rises… the joy inside yourself.” And if you can get to one good feeling, it attracts another good feeling and the good mood keeps on going — the good feelings are abundant!
